Ventures: where partners and pilots are needed

What I am building, at what stage and who I am looking for. Each card says what already works and what is still a hypothesis. If you want to take part as a partner, a pilot or with capital, start a conversation about a specific project.

How to read this pageThis is not an investment offer. I update stages and statuses as they change. Terms of participation are discussed personally and separately for each project.

Decision Systems

Projects of one research line: how decisions become commitments, actions and outcomes. They grow only from confirmed needs.

  • CoManager

    An organisational decision system
    With first clients

What was decided, who owns it, what was done and what came of it. In one place for the whole team. It is built on Co-Manager Light and grows in levels: first decision memory, then execution, then learning from the history.

I develop it only from real cases. No big platform before there is evidence.

    Where it runs now

    • An e-bike rental the ERP system runs
    • Merowing we are starting now
    • Meet Gesty after a consulting engagement, now the execution stage
What a participant bringsOne live site where decisions get lost between the site meeting and the work. The chats of its site manager, estimator and subcontractor crews, or the recordings of its site meetings, for the pilot, with everyone’s consent, and an hour a week to go through it.
  • Co-Manager Light

A decision tool for team chats
    Beta, works now

Upload an export of a team chat and see who promised what and what never got done. It is already a tool that helps make decisions, and CoManager is built on it.

A separate service with its own data terms.

What a participant bringsA chat export from one team and ten minutes to look at the result. Read the service’s terms before uploading.
  • PocoManager

    Trade-show follow-up system
    Available now

Your team photographs badges and records voice notes at the stand; you get a structured follow-up list in your Excel or CRM.

€500 + IVA per show for a team of up to six. The price is fixed before the show.

What a participant bringsThe date of your next show and the person who will do the follow-up after it.
  • Artorix

    Support during a conversation
    Research

It listens to a meeting together with me: it shows whether we are on plan, what hasn’t been asked yet and what to ask next. I tag the conversation with the pads of a MIDI controller without looking away from the other person.

My working tool for interviews and negotiations. The guide explains how it works and how to build your own.

What a participant bringsA few real meetings of one team, the consent of everyone who is recorded and the meeting problem you want to improve.
  • CoFlow

    A personal decision system
    A lab, not a product

My research environment: people, conversations, commitments and outcomes. I test mechanisms on it before offering them to anyone else.

What a participant bringsNothing. It is not for sale; observations go into the library.

A separate venture

An entrepreneurial project outside the RND.energy research practice, with its own economics, partners and decision criteria.

  • TPS Gate Europe

    Founder, architect, partnerships
    Paused, open to participation

Access to barriers, gates and doors for people and deliveries. It rests on our own GSM controller and ten years of practice: the ParkMyCar startup, the EPAM car parks and the TPS Gate service.

For Europe the controller needs an update; the spec for the new version is drafted. I have published the main board schematic for anyone to use.

What a participant bringsAn operator or co-founder in Spain, a buyer for the assets as a whole or in parts, a partner with a pilot site, or an engineer. Terms are discussed personally.

Experiments

Small tests in limited time. Not products and not offers.

  • Good Miner

    A family experiment in Roblox
    An experiment in one family

A system that teaches children to decide for themselves when to stop, and to play less on the phone. Breaks earn gems, which can be exchanged for Robux.

What we look at: the share of games a child ends on their own, without a reminder. Once a week we go through it together.

What a participant bringsNothing yet. It is an experiment in one family; I will publish conclusions when there are some.
