Three formats
The decision check is a light entry, and its price counts toward a Sprint that starts within a month. A Sprint is the first phase of a decision system, but it can also be bought on its own. Co-management is separate work in an agreed role, when the decision is already clear.

Every morning a brief: money, what is urgent, who promised what, what changed on each site and what to decide today. On top of what you already have, in three phases.

Phase 1
Founder Sprint: diagnosis
I work through your main question on your own data. I look at where everything lives and what can be trusted. You get a first answer to the question, a data map, a mockup of your morning brief on your own numbers and a build spec with a fixed price. If the data is not enough, I tell you at this stage, not two months later.
If you stop here. You have the answer and a ready spec. You can build with me, with your own developer, or not at all.

Phase 2
Build
I connect your systems and put together the modules, the owner’s dashboard and the bot. Data arrives by itself; nobody types it in for a report. If the task needs another developer, that is included in this price.
If you stop here. You have a working system on your own accounts, with the code, access and instructions.

Phase 3
Tuning and training
Once a week we look together at which flags fired, what you decided and what to change. And I teach you or one of your people to extend the system yourselves, with an AI agent.
If you stop here. The system is yours. If you want support: I keep the connections working and add small things, €1,500 + IVA a month, and you can stop in any month.
About €15,000 + IVA in total over 90 days. Each phase is paid separately.

The hardest part is almost never the technology. It is the people who will have to work in a new way.
I talk to everyone
I ask people how things work today and go through chat exports, spreadsheets and reports.
I describe the company as it is
Processes in a clear form, as diagrams and steps, checked with everyone until they agree that is how it works.
I find the bottlenecks
Where money and time are lost, what data is missing, what to check before anything changes.
I make people allies
Everyone has their own problem. Solve it, or honestly explain another way, and change stops feeling imposed.
I see it through
A plan, a model or a system. And I stay until it works in real life, not just on paper.

Common questions
Who does the work, and who is the contract with?
I do the work personally. The contract is with me as a self-employed professional in Spain (autónomo).
Do you work with companies outside Spain?
Yes. I live in Valencia and work with companies worldwide, mostly in Europe. Almost everything is remote; I travel when the work needs it.
Is it confidential?
Yes. We work under NDA and your data stays with you. Public cases appear only with the client’s written consent.
Can we work by the hour?
Yes. A live session with me is €120 an hour, and work on your documents is €60 an hour, plus IVA. If there is one decision and the data exists, a decision check at €600 + IVA is usually easier: you know the result in advance.
Do you build systems: ERP, CRM, reporting?
Yes, a decision system for the owner on top of what you already have. It takes three phases: a Founder Sprint for €4,500 + IVA, the build for €6,000 + IVA and tuning and training to day 90 for €4,500 + IVA. You can stop after any phase.
Can I start with a Founder Sprint without a decision check?
Yes. The decision check is for a single question; it is not a required step.
