Founder Camp: three days, one decision, a first working prototype

A private off-site working session for owners of operating businesses. You arrive with the question you have been putting off. A practitioner who builds tools for a living sits down next to you. You leave with a written decision, a 30-day plan and a first prototype built on your own data.

What people bring here

  • The business works and the revenue is there, but it does not grow. Nobody in the company can explain why it is 10 million and not 15.
  • Everyone talks about AI, yet planning still lives in a notebook and in Excel.
  • An important decision keeps being postponed for months: there is no time for it, no data, and nobody to work it through with.
Who it is forOwners and partners of operating businesses with a real decision on the table and a noticeable cost of getting it wrong. Not a theoretical interest, but a question that has to be answered.

What you take home

  1. A written decisionYour question worked through step by step: signals, options, assumptions, commitments. Written down so that you can come back to it.
  2. A 30-day planWho does what, by when, and how you will know the decision worked.
  3. A first working prototypeA tool for your task, built on your own data together with a technical specialist.
What I do not promiseTo solve any problem in three days. A prototype is not a production system, and not every question needs an app.

How it works

Most of your time goes to your own question, not to listening to talks.

  • A small groupUp to 14 people. I build each group by level: owners and partners of operating companies with tasks of a similar scale.
  • Practitioners next to youUp to four technical specialists who build tools for businesses themselves. One for every three or four participants.
  • Two work blocks a dayTwo hours of full focus each. The rest of the time goes to movement, food, quiet and conversation.
  • 30 days laterThe group meets online and checks what has been put into practice and what has changed.

What the personal password opens

Here is the idea in short. The rest is on a private page: the dates, the place, the programme day by day, who works next to you, the price and the terms. A personal password opens it: I send it myself, or when you ask for it. Entering with the password means reading, not signing up. Taking part is agreed separately, in a call, and you cannot buy it on the website.

Have a password from my message? It opens the details that are not on this page. You do not need to decide anything to read them.

From a request to taking part

  1. A requestStep 1You leave your contact and a few words about your business. It takes two minutes and commits you to nothing. Already have a password from me? You can skip this step.
  2. A password to the detailsStep 2I reply personally and, if the format could suit you, send a password. You read the details whenever it suits you. Entering with the password is not signing up and not a yes.
  3. A 20 to 30 minute callStep 3If you want to take part, we talk. I ask about your business and the question you would bring, and you ask whatever the page did not answer. A prepayment secures your place, and only after we have both said yes.
Why there is a selectionThe conversation is useful to everyone when the people in the group are at a similar level. If another group would suit you better, I will say so directly. The March group is the first one, and I plan to run camps regularly.
