My decisions
Saved in this browser. Decisions whose review date has come are listed first.
Nothing here yet. Save a record and it appears in this list.
This browser does not let the page keep data, for example in private mode. Download the record as a file so it is not lost.
Discuss the decision with me
The record and your question reach me only when you press Send. I read them myself and reply via the channel you choose.
The form shows exactly what will be attached. If you change your mind, just close the page: nothing is saved.
Saved. I have your request.
I read every request myself and reply via the channel you chose. If it helps, pick a time for a 20-minute call now.

About the record
- What it is
- One page per decision. The fields follow the chain: signal, decision, commitment, action, outcome, learning.
- Why these fields
- A decision without an owner and a review date is not finished yet. That is why the card marks those items separately.
- What it does not do
- The record does not judge whether the decision is good. It makes it checkable: on the review date you see what you expected and what happened.
- What next
- On the review date, open the record from “My decisions” and fill in the last two fields.
When one record is not enough
If there are many decisions and they get lost between site meetings, what you need is not a record but a team habit: a decision log, ten minutes a week on open items and someone who looks after it.
